How my journey started:
When I started blogging it wasn’t that much popular so the sole reason was to have a place where I could share my thoughts, tips and tricks. I used to experiment a lot with makeup and skincare so I thought of putting my thoughts and experience in a place together and that is exactly how makeup minute by Naushin was born. I didn’t start it knowing that it will become a full-time job. I had no intention to earn from it, I simply loved doing it.
Top 3 fashion brands:
River Island, Aldo and Gucci
Must-have items from 2018:
1.Fenty Beauty Foundation: It is lightweight and looks very natural on the skin. It also lasts for a long time and you get a huge range of different shades.
2.Mac studio fix 24hrs concealer: Again very lightweight gives good coverage and looks very natural
3.Mac fix plus pink lite: It provides a natural glow to the skin
4.Huda Beauty sapphire palette: Though the pigmentation isn’t that great, still I like the color range and I can make it work.
5.Juno microfiber sponge: It doesn’t soak any product at the same time spreads foundation evenly all over the face. You can also use powder products with it. It blends cream products like heaven.
Three things I always carry in my bag: A mirror, a compact powder and a lipstick or a lip balm.
Best items to pull off no makeup look: In my opinion, you need a concealer that matches your skin tone and a powder to set it well to opt for a no makeup look. Then bronze out your face and use a rosy blush to add a little color on your cheeks. You can use just a little amount of highlighter – I would prefer liquid ones. To finish off your look use a little mascara and lipstick you are good to go. For brows just use a brow gel.
Two beauty tips for winter: Do not forget to scrub your face with cold malai if you are facing excessive dryness. Do it regularly you will notice a significant change within a few days. Secondly, add vinegar with your hair oil massage it all over your hair and wash off with shampoo after an hour. This will help you to get rid of dandruff and will add shine to your hair.
What I do stay confident: Well my mantra is not to worry much about what others are thinking about me and always give myself the topmost priority. I always make myself remember that nothing is permanent – if I am going through a bad phase it is a temporary thing I will get over it soon.
My resolutions for 2019: To stay fit and eat healthily. I will lose all the excess weight I have gained during and after my pregnancy. Another resolution is to learn to let go a little bit.
For her go-to makeup look, she likes to keep it very natural with a touch of glamour. She either goes absolutely bare-faced or opts for a soft and subtle look. She uses Fenty Beauty primer and Mac next to nothing foundation and as a concealer, she uses Maybelline fit me concealer and sets it with Laura Mercier translucent powder. She warms up the face using a little bit of bronzer, highlighter and blush. For eyes, she goes for kajal from Pastel and pigment from LA splash. To set the makeup she loves using Urban Decay all nighter setting spray. To finish off the look, she uses some nude lip gloss.

How my journey started: I never really knew that this is actually going to be a big part of my life. It all started with just a random review video. But I always had this passion for makeup and that is what I believe motivated me to stick to my passion, even after being a computer science engineer. The phrase that I think adequately describes me is Beauty Influencer. I never had any plan of any sort, but it gradually grew on me and I love what I do.

Two beauty tips for the readers: Always take off your makeup properly and never use a dirty beauty blender.

Why I started blogging: Initially, I had a hobby of collecting makeup palettes and lipsticks. Then gradually I started playing with makeup and fell in love with how creative you can be with makeup. I started to share my thoughts and opinions with the intention to help out people of Bangladesh. When I started there were not much people in Bangladesh who even understood what blogging was. It was more like informing them what was best for the price and where makeup products where available and stuffs like that. People showered me with love and that is what inspired me to launch my YouTube channel.
Top 3 fashion brands: Mango, Zara, and Burberry
Must-have makeup items from 2018:
1. Mac Studio Fix Face powder – This is actually an all-time favorite. No matter what I always carry this with me. Even if I am not having a full face of makeup I just like to set my oily face with this face powder throughout the day.
2. L’Oréal Lash Paradise Mascara – This year I feel like this is the best mascara. Especially because how affordable it is and it just works like high and mascara.
3. Ofra Highlighter – This has to be the best brand for highlighters; I could not choose one shade because all the shades that I own from this brand are bombs.
3 things I always carry in my bag: Mac face powder, my phone and my wallet
Best items to pull off a no-makeup look: Eyebrow products and nude lipstick.
A look that I recommend for winter: A very subtle and minimal kind of look. I feel like going over the board in winter is a big no no. However, if it is a night look then you can surely go full glam.
2 beauty tips for the readers: Drink lots of water to keep your skin healthy because beauty comes from within and glowing fresh skin is very much important.
Remember to remove your makeup and clean your face before you go to bed. Keep your skin clean and moisturized.
What I do to stay confident: I love myself. No matter what, always remember to be your own support and respect yourself. I work hard, try to give my best and then I stay positive that is what boosts up my confidence.
My resolution for the upcoming year: I really hope this New Year brings good luck in my life. I will try to make myself into a better person and improve myself the best way possible.
She likes avoiding heavy face makeup for her day to day makeup. She always fills in her eyebrows because she says it lifts her face. She opts for nude or light pink lipstick. How my journey started:
I started watching YouTube videos from 2009 and religiously followed a beauty and content creator named Michelle Phan. She made me want to start a channel but I was really young. In 2011, I started my own business which was the first brand to sell jewelry brand in Bangladesh called Sparkling Emotions. I used to spend most of what I earned on make-up and I used to practice new looks every day. I was always trying to learn more about make up on the internet. Watching my passion grow stronger my close ones always motivated me to become a blogger and I considered whether I want to take this seriously after graduation or not. In 2014 I started writing make up reviews on BlogSpot and sharing make-up looks on Instagram. I opened up a page Trishita Nowroj – The Scents of Style on Facebook the next year and that is it I never looked back.
Top 3 fashion brands: Taaga, Ecstasy & Noir
Must-have makeup items from 2018:
1. Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation- My skin is combination to oily and this foundation perfectly goes with this skin type. 2. Fenty beauty, it is: match stix – Shade: truffle. This is for contouring. The product blends so evenly and easily. The shade I am using is perfect for contouring. Plus, this product is lasts you for a long time.
3. Tarte shape tape concealer- The product not only covers-up my dark circle but also gives me a lifted eye effect.

5. Pixi Beauty Glowy Glossamer Duo: Delicate Dew. It gives me the perfect glow without going overboard. Nowadays it is my go-to highlighter.
Three things I always carry in my bag: The lipstick I am wearing on the day, a mini perfume and my favorite Fenty beauty invisimatte blotting powder to touch up my makeup throughout the day.
Best items to pull off a no-makeup look: Tinted moisturizer with spf, clear brow gel, mascara, peach or pink cream blush, cream highlighter and tinted lip balm.
Two beauty tips for the readers: Focus on your health and skin. Try to drink a Detox Drink every morning and night. It can be something as simple as lemon water.
Also, it is integral to have a perfect skincare routine based on your skin type — for morning and night.
What I do to stay confident: Avoid negativity and everything that it manifests on as a whole. I focus on all things positive when things go wrong and always work on improving myself in all aspects rather than comparing myself to others. The only time it is fair to think about your flaws is when you can improve them – otherwise learn to make peace with it.
My resolution for the upcoming year: Work more and give my viewers more content about makeup and lifestyle. I also want to experiment with different types of quality content. Other than that I want to maintain a diary and follow that work timeline. For the New Year I want to work on being more positive and spiritual.
She loves wearing minimalistic makeup depending on the event she is attending. The first priority is always maintaining a good skincare routine. Anyone can achieve fresh healthy-looking skin by a healthy diet and following a skincare routine after waking up and before going to bed. For a perfect no-makeup look she loves using tinted moisturizer with SPF, clear brow gel, mascara, peach or pink cream blush, cream highlighter (optional) and tinted lip balm.

How my journey started: I always treasured watching people put on makeup irrespective of their style and preferences- I saw beauty in it. I never missed a chance to watch people put on makeup and that was my only way to see makeup because there wasn’t any YouTube or internet back then. As my love and curiosity grew, I gradually did it in on others and tried it on myself and to my surprise people whom I have never met started appreciating my work. I got encouraged to keep on doing makeup. Amidst of this I got married and life moved on but I never gave up on this passion of mine. Someday I really hope to do a course on makeup!
Top three fashion brands: Burberry, Sabyasachi and Dior.
Favourite makeup items :
1. Loose powder -The best way to get rid of crease after foundation app
2. Orange/Peach corrector -This a must for girls with under eye dark circles and pigmentation. Do remember to wait after the application or else the color will blend with the foundation and change color.
3. Highlighter- Always a hyped up thing and I bet the ladies know how to apply it. Just in case you want the perfect blending, then opt for a liquid highlighter.
4. Bronzer- They are life savers I swear. I really like the softness and the warmth of the skin you have after the application.
5. Eyeliner- This definitely defines the shape of your eyes they will do the job for you if, you want them to look small or big.
Three things I always carry in my bag: HD compact powder, lipstick and a contact lens compartment.
Best items to pull off a no makeup look: A Corrector and concealer along with HD Compact powder, a little bit of blush, lip gloss and mascara. Use a setting spray to make it last longer.
Two Beauty Tips: If you are trying for the first time, try it with a little amount of product initially. Secondly, if you can’t perfect something then keep on trying.
How I stay Confident: I am very self-aware and for that even on bad make-up days my confidence doesn’t drop. And on days when it does seeing my clients and children happy with what I passionately do and love always gives me a good boost!
My resolution for the year:
I turn 36 this year, and the goal is to opt for less makeup on myself (fingers crossed). Or maybe I will switch to a softer makeup look. Either way it will be hard for because I’m fan of dramatic and party makeup but then again taking care of my skin is definitely more important.
For her go to look this beauty always starts off by washing her face and then applying the L.A. orange corrector to cover her dark circles. Then she applies NYX concealer to perfect the concealing. After that, she uses the HD compact powder and usually goes for one color eye shadow from Morphe, Juvia’s or Huda Beauty for this look. She perfects the look with a little bit L’Oreal mascara and Mac bronzer. For her contouring the nose is a must! In the end she tops it off with her ABH highlighter and nude lipsticks.
