Every year, selecting the perfect outfit for Eid is a hassle and even tougher is finding the right shades and blends of makeup choice. Here’s some Eid makeup inspiration for you girls this season, along with lots of love and best wishes for an amazing Eid

Before starting anything, make sure you apply sun block

Makeup know-hows

On Eid day we start our day very early, so you will want to keep your look clean and simple in the morning. A base is always the key to a natural look. That doesn’t mean you have to pack your face in thick layers of foundation. Before starting anything, make sure you apply sun block. If you have skin concerns and you prefer a bit of coverage, choose a BB or CC cream instead. A BB cream is basically a tinted moisturizer that offers medium coverage and sun protection at the same time. Don’t forget to set it in with a loose powder. If you have oily skin, you may even use your regular face powder for the glam look. Make sure your eyebrows are nicely shaped and groomed however, don’t go too overboard, and don’t try the dramatic eyebrows in the morning. Make something look natural and effortless. To finish off the look, apply your favorite lip balm or Vaseline, whichever you prefer, to keep your lips hydrated and moisturized. If you have pigmented lips and you’re not happy with them,
choose a colored lip balm or any nude colored lipstick that’s not too flashy but will give your lips a natural washed color. This easy go-to makeup look will have you ready to face the day in no time.

Hair how-tos

As you have to be active during the daytime, you just can tie your hair up in a bun or a cute topknot. Do whatever is comfortable for you.

Be Festive on Desi look
Makeup and wardrobe

During the day, we mostly spend our time with family. So you can try traditional wear or salwar kameez for this occasion, if you want to look beautiful, presentable and festive. What is an Eid look without a beautiful, thick, winged eyeliner? Use a waterproof eyeliner to make sure it doesn’t crease. You can never go wrong with a good pair of full lashes and a thick coat of mascara! If you’re feeling extra festive, apply a shimmery or frosty champagne colored eye shadow
on the eyelids. Also, don’t forget to add some color to the cheeks by applying a pretty cream blusher. Not only does this last long, it also gives a healthy, dewy effect to the skin. When you’re with family and friends, you won’t have time to constantly touch up your lipstick… Choose a lip stain instead. This will save you time from checking up on your lips.

Back to the hair

Open or free hair styles are often one of the favorite picks of women wearing traditional wear. Open hairstyles can look really gorgeous and they also go oh so well with all the types of dresses. You may opt for: • Slide swept open hair with layers or right curls • Two side open hair style with curls • Simple one side open hairstyle with end curl • Open hairstyle with front puff or

Makeover in details……. In the evening, you can build up your make-up to a bolder look, however, this doesn’t require too much of your time. Simply switch up your lipstick in to a bolder shade and add some deep kajal on the waterline. This will make people think you’ve spent hours doing your make-up when in fact, it only takes five minutes to switch it up into a bolder look! Use a kohl that’s waterproof so that it won’t crease or bleed throughout the evening. You can go for either black, white or colorful kohl shades depending on your mood! 1. Start by perfecting so that makeup blends in easily; first wash with cleanser and a cloth to gently exfoliate your face and apply a basic moisturizer 2. You can use face primer to hide the pores away. Then apply your preferred skin type foundation and conceal your flaw 3. For visible breakouts or deep under eye circles, use a pigment-rich concealer and then set the makeup with your face powder or loose powder

Do you think hair is the hardest part? On Eid day, we basically want a different hairstyle. It’s very easy to do shiny curls, slung braid, messy topknot or a fake a side bang!
