Paradise Bantella- Breakfast option

Preparation

  1. Mix all the first five ingredients and keep them separately in a shallow dish
  2. Take 3 slices of wholegrain bread and evenly spread a layer of chocolate over them; arrange banana slices over the same bread pieces. Finally cover the bread with the leftover 3 slices of bread and make a sandwich.
  3. Take a large nonstick pan and heat it om the stove in medium heat. Take one sandwich at a time and carefully dip them into the milk mixture, coating both the sides of the sandwich
    carefully. Take extra caution to place the milk coated sandwiches into the pan. Cook each side of the sandwich for 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Decorations are a major factor behind food cooked for children. Cut each sandwich diagonally into smaller triangle shapes. Evenly sprinkle powdered sugar over the preparation.

 

Ingredients

1/4 cup Full cream milk
2 large eggs – Beat them lightly
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract – Optional
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
6 slices of whole-grain bread
4 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate spread (such as Nutella)
1 cup thinly sliced banana – 3 medium sized bananas
2 teaspoons of cooking oil – olive oil, rice bran or canola
1 1/2 teaspoons powdered sugar – used as a garnish
