- At first prepare the sauce and mix all the ingredients together in a shallow bowl and keep separately
- Prepare the chicken in the next step. Combine the all-purpose flour with the black pepper in a bowl. Take another bowl, combine the lightly beaten eggs with water in that bowl. Place crushed cereals in a third bowl.
- Sprinkle light amounts of salt on the chicken tenders. Then working with one piece a time, dip the chicken tenders in the flour mixture, then dip them in the egg mixture and finally dredge them in crushed cereals.
- Heat a large sized nonstick pan on medium-high heat. Add oil to the pan. Swirl to coat the entire the pan. Add chicken one piece at a time. Cook each side of the chicken for at least 2 minutes or until they are done. Serve with sauce.
