Start with the proper base. The way you care for your skin is just as important as the makeup you apply to it. Use an oil-free moisturizer in the morning and before makeup. You should opt for an oil-free foundation formula to match. After that you won’t regret the few seconds it takes to apply a primer, which goes on after moisturizer but before face makeup. Primers are definitely the way to go in summer. They don’t feel at all like a heavy, additional layer, and they really help hold makeup in place. Avoid silicon primers because they can dry out the skin, producing more oil. Choose liquid over cream. Liquids and gels are textures that hold up best in humid weather. You should look for ones that have a dry finish on the skin. If you want full coverage, try a liquid, matte foundation. Dabbing on the foundation in light layers, and spot treating areas where you need more coverage, such as your T-zone and blemishes. Avoid ones with shimmer because you’ll look oilier in the heat. Try a concealer with a tacky rather than creamy consistency. Blot, don’t powder away shine. Use minimal powder when it comes to containing shine. If you continue reapplying powder, it can look cakey with each application. Use a powder puff and blotter paper combo to make shine matte. Use an eye shadow primer – it helps keep your color vibrant and keep it from sliding or creasing. Cream and pressed powder eye shadows are best because they’re less likely to move. Silicone-based are also good choices. Try a gel eyeliner, reinforcing the line with a powder shadow on top. Opt for waterproof mascara only.Try a matte, sheerer or natural-looking lip colors for the summer. As the weather is naturally going to make your skin slightly shiny, avoid anything too glossy or shiny. Just use a bit of sheer balm or lipstick. Mist yourself this summer. A fancy floral mist helps to hydrate skin and refresh your makeup, filling in any areas that look patchy or oily. A makeup-setting spray mist can also be an effective last step in a sweat proof routine, designed to keep your look in place all day. The sun’s UV rays are strongest between the hours of 10a.m. and 4p.m., so that’s when you’re at the greatest risk of getting a sunburn. If you stay inside during midday, you can avoid these dangerous rays and protect your skin. Schedule your outdoor activities, such as walking the dog or mowing the lawn, before 10 or after 4 whenever possible. Wear the right clothes. Sometimes, you have to go outside even during the sun’s peak hours, so the key to preventing sunburn is covering yourself with appropriate clothing. Long-sleeve shirts and pants cover more of your skin than tank tops and shorts, so they can help block the sun. The more skin that your clothing covers, the more protected you’ll be. Loose-fitting clothing made of tightly woven, synthetic fabric, such as lycra, nylon, and acrylic, offers the best protection from the sun. Dark clothing can block more sunlight than lighter colored items. The right hat is not only stylish, but can protect your scalp from possible sunburn. Make sure to throw on a pair of sunglasses before you head out the door as well because it can be difficult to apply sunscreen around the eye area. While a baseball cap or visor offers some sun protection, a wide-brimmed hat with at least a 4-inch brim is the best choice because it will shield your scalp, eyes, ears, and neck. Choose sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection, so your eyes are protected from both UVA and UVB rays. Stay in the shade. Choose a broad spectrum sun screen. For the best protection, you should use a sunscreen that protects against both UVA and UVB rays types of rays, so check the label to ensure that it provides full- or broad-spectrum protection. Select an appropriate SPF. If you’re only going to be spending a few minutes here and there in the sun, using a face moisturizer or aftershave with SPF15 is usually sufficient to protect your skin from burning.

If you’re extremely active and plan to spend most of the day outside, a water-resistant sunscreen with a higher SPF, such as SPF30, is a better option. For pale, sensitive skin that burns easily, it’s best to use a sunscreen with an SPF50. If you don’t apply enough sunscreen, you won’t get the full benefits, and may wind up burning. For the best protection, you need 1 ounce, or a shot glass full, of sunscreen to cover your entire body, including your face, ears, and scalp. Make sure to apply your sunscreen 30 minutes before you plan to go outside, so the ingredients have enough time to absorb into your skin. Some sunscreens may recommend a specific amount to apply. If you are going to be in the sun for a prolonged period of time, your sunscreen is going to wear off, putting you at risk for sunburn. To keep your skin protected, you must reapply every two hours when you’re in the sun. If you’re swimming or sweating a lot, towel off and immediately
reapply.

3. In this heat some natural dietary practice can be used instead to keep in shape. To lean up for summer you’ll need to eat less junk food, bad fats, and excess sugar. You should increase your healthy protein intake and your carb intake should be equal to this. Seasonal fruits and vegetables are must have in summer. Make sure that you are getting all the water and sleep that you need.

Skin should be fresh and glowy. Give the tweezers, pencils, and powders a rest, and reach for a tinted gel to hold freshly brushed brows and lightly fill them as well. Because naturally groomed, straight brows make you look younger and are on-trend for 2017. Either degraded on the bottom lash line or lined only in the centers of the eyes, black liner takes on a new look being a bit unfinished. Just look for an eyeliner formula with a gleaming finish.
