The Country’s Tallest Business Center

From metro rails to tunnels, Bangladesh has seen quite a few development projects and now the country will have the tallest business centre in Bashundhara by JCX. Arka Dev Biswas writes about what it brings to the table for everyone.

JAMS Development collaborates with Creed Development Japan to create Bangladesh’s next business hub named JCX Business Tower. Located in Bashundhara Residential Area, that connects the business centre to Kuril Flyover as well as Le Méridien for ease of mobility, the business hub will act as the standard for what Bangladesh will offer.

With Japanese influences in terms of architectural and interior designs, the commercial building will feature two levels of showroom facilities and 12 levels of office space. It would have three basement floors for parking for the vast number of visitors and office members who would be working in the building. The business centre will also provide the opportunity to customize and create the business environment that the office needs.

The Bangladesh-Japanese architecture team has been keeping a close eye on the finest of details. Architectural design and integrity are harmonised to create a welcoming environment. With keeping in mind the domestic need, the building aims to fulfil the needs of everyone involved, something that internationally renowned architecture and project management firm Studios Japan are recognized for.

With the location of JCX Business Tower being a key feature, it has a 15-minute drive distance to the international airport, the same driving distance to Uttara, 10-minute commute distance to Le Méridien, Radisson Blu, Baridhara, Gulshan, Banani and 10-minute walks to both Apollo Hospitals and Jamuna Future Park.

Some of the special features that the building will include are air walk connectivity, three atria skylights, open design concept, green garden on the side building, star lavatory facilities, and designer interiors across specific areas of the entire building.

Its principal architect is Hisaya Sugiyama, a world-famous architect for his innovative styles and creative projects across the United States, Japan and other Asian nations. Along with Dewan Samsul Arif, Samsul Alam Bitu, Saiful Bari and Hasmot-uz-Zaman, Sugiyama aims to create the next astonishment that Bangladesh is eager to see.

The business centre is a statement of what JAMS and Creed can gift to Bangladesh for its persistent growth and optimistic future.
